The best was the customer service. The receptionist Ferial was very helpful and super nice with us during our stay. Definitely the best part of the stay. Good location and good price as well. Breakfast was good.

Location of the hotel is very good, in Downtown Cairo between two metro stations. Staff were very welcoming and helpful and gave me a good room and also a complimentary one night stay as I had a day's gap between my return from the Luxor to Aswan Nile River cruise and my flight back home.

Smooth checkin (despite arriving in the middle of the night). Friendly and helpful staff. A bit of a rough exterior but decent amenities considering the low price. Not a paradise by any means but certainly good value for money. Central location in downtown was very helpful - many ATMs, clothing stores, and cafes around.
